Test materials: electronic balance, glass rod, 100 ml beaker, 100 degrees Celsius boiling water, soybean meal, Yohengyuan enzyme, other brand protease or protease-containing compound enzyme (if necessary)

Experiment procedure:

1. The test is divided into blank control group and enzyme preparation test group.

2. The blank control group and the test group weighed 20 grams of soybean meal at the same time and placed them in a 100 ml beaker.

3. The test group weighed 2 grams of enzyme preparation, placed it in the 100 ml beaker of the test group and stirred.

4. The blank control group and the test group add 50-80 ml of 100 degrees Celsius boiling water at the same time, stir for 1 minute, and then stand for about 15 minutes to observe the results.

Judgment of test results: Compared with the blank control group, the larger the volume of soybean meal in the enzyme preparation test group, the smaller the volume of water, the more bulky and finer the soybean meal particles, indicating the higher the efficiency of protease enzymolysis.
